Virtual matchmaking - How does it work?
Virtual matchmaking is a quick and easy way to meet new potential cooperation partners. This is facilitated through virtual meetings via the B2Match platform. B2Match integrates a video-conferencing solution which runs through the internet browsers. This means it is not necessary to download additional software. Please see below for a short explanation about registering, requesting and starting a virtual meeting:
1) Registration
Register via the green 'Register now' button
2) Create a business profile that showcases your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on this platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you offer to potential partners and what kind of cooperation partners you are looking for. Your profile is visible before, during and after the webinar.
3) Send and receive meeting requests
- Browse profiles of attendees under Participants and Marketplace and send meeting requests to organisations you want to meet with
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled
- You can book meetings from 10 to 13 November each day between 13:00 and 17:00
Important: Until the webinar of 10 November you can only create and work on your profile. After the webinar the matchmaking will be open and you can schedule meetings.
4) Start your virtual meeting
- Shortly before your meetings will take place, login into B2Match and start your meeting by clicking on the button 'Start meeting'
- The virtual meetings are managed remotely via Video Calls (similar to Skype)
- Does your meeting partner not show up? Use the button 'Message' to ask your appointment to join or re-schedule the meeting to another time
Important: The virtual matchmaking is an individual matchmaking and in English.
